According to these unique advantages, Fiber Bragg Grating Sensors have a rapid popularization and application in the water dams, bridges, tunnels, railways and other areas. These applications are far from the centre of the city and do not have good power supply and communication infrastructure, so it's only way to transfer the data of real-time monitor by the wireless network. In this thesis, we take the practice demands of Online Monitor of Fiber Bragg Grating System into consider, propose a new method of solution of the wireless remote data transmission.This paper detailed the Fiber Bragg grating sensors, wireless data transfer and remote online monitor system, then studied the theory of the data transfer protocol of wireless network, compared the features of current mainstream wireless data transfer platform with other different wireless transmission technology. Base on a practical engineering, we designed a remote wireless monitor and control system. It's use for a wireless transmission of real-time data at high speed, we use an embedded system to process the data by quick read, compression, encryption, and validation code and packaging,. Finally we transmitted the data to the remote data center through GPRS module, in order to ensure monitor data secure and efficient transport.Also, we study the data transfer interface technology and configuration method carefully, select the suitable hardware module and embedded system to build a wireless transmission system.We programmed the LabVIEW software to realize those functions: Fiber Bragg grating monitor data acquisition; pretreatment; network send. The total systems test on applications of health monitor remote monitoring of the track of high speed railway. At last, the data transmit to the monitoring center; we have achieved the design goals. All of those are provided solid foundations for make Fiber Bragg grating sensing system more intelligent and remote.
