The sensor based on fiber Bragg grating , is a new type of optical fiber sensors manufactured by using the sensitive characteristic of the optical fiber Bragg grating central wave length to the temperature and the stress parameter. There is real application in fields such as composite , concrete structural state detection , power industry , medical science and energy chemical industry ,etc in recent years. At present, it is one of main developing direction of FBG sensing technology to set up the structural health monitoring FBG sensing network of actual project, utilize fictitious instrument technology in signal analyze , deal with , reveal , store and network person who transmit advantage of, developing FGB detection system based on fictitious instrument technology has real project using value.This text is directed primarily to defect described above that traditional FBG sensing detection system exists, developed FBG transducer that a kind of composite (T300/648 ) encapsulated, introduced fictitious instrument (VI ) technology at the same time , combine the computer and data collecting card, monitor characteristic signals such as emergency and temperature in FBG sensing system imbedded within the composite ,etc, rely on high performance and dependability of LabVIEW real-time module to realize collection and processing of the signal. In addition, it is different to spread layers of optic fibre transducer that way encapsulate monitor cantilever beam emergency course with meet an emergency , distribute for this text to utilize.Text recommend sensing principle of grating , Bragg of optic fibre , on the base of transmission theory at first, analyze naked optic fibre grating emergency sensing characteristic , and grating in the center wavelength change the impact on sensitivity coefficient of sensing. Then the characteristic of the fictitious instrument technology and design method has been introduced. Fictitious instrument technology important characteristic " software is hardware " most, need hardware support function realized make use of software to substitute some script. Meanwhile, we also recommended the data to gather knowledge. On this basis, we have designed a kind of FBG sensingdetection system based on that the composite of the fictitious instrument technology is encapsulated, provide the design of the systematic software and hardware and realize. From transformation of the sensing signal to the collection of the data, and the treatment of data reaches end user's interface, provide the concrete implementation method . In addition , test through crooked deformation characteristic go on test to be standard to sensing its, confirm the emergency sensitivity of this kind of transducer . And person who go on intensity crooked test of cantilever beam on this basis, monitor cantilever beam emergency course with meet an-emergency , distribute.The test shows : This system can gather characteristic signals such as emergency and temperature in FBG sensing course ,etc. correctly , and can make use of computer to realize the processing of the signal effectively , can respond to the request that FBG monitors in real time .
