Based On The Ssh Framework For The Evaluation Review System Design And Implementation

As an adminstrative department, the Science and Technology Commission of Shanghai Municipality is committed to the government management innovation and public service improvement by promoting the informationization of science and technology project management.The Online Review System, taking the advantage of the internet technology, realizes the electronic, networking and paperless review of the science and technology project,so that the centralized review method is replaced by the dispersed, remote online style. Moreover, the project manager can know the progress of the project review and its result at any time.First,this thesis has outlined the science and technology project review,emphasizing the need to build The Online Review System. Next,according to the general building objectives,this thesis has modelled the overall functions and processes by UML method, and on that basis, designed the overall system by mature and stable framework technologies such as Struts,Spring,Hibernate and J2EE platform technology. This part has focused on the comparison with similar systems.Then, this thesis has not only described the access control method with RBAC(Role-Based Access Control)realized the access control but also described the adoption of the Web service technology realized the integration with and multi-channel communication platform. Finally, this thesis has fulfilled the three functional modules of project grouping, expert selection and expert review using SSH integrated framework in accordance with hierarchical architecture, and described the solution to implementing timed tasks and generating PDF documents.Online Review System has not only received the key scientific and technological project of Science and Technology Commission of Shanghai Municipality such as the "Science and Technology Project Online Review System Development"(No.045115050) and the "Scientific Research Project Management System" (No.09DZ0200100),but also won the 2008 Award for Information Technology Outstanding Application Achievement (A joint assessment by the EICSM, STCSM and SASACSM).
