The ad controversy, sparked further concerns for public television. In France, for the resistance against the commercial forces, the French government in 2009 began to "ban advertising" based reform of public television. Foreign different argument for advertising, public television in China triggered the discussion of development issues.In today's Chinese society, there are many practical problems, such as "pan-entertainment" highlights the growing tendency for disadvantaged groups and weak culture of neglect need to be public television presence. Meanwhile, in recent years, relevant departments of the State's concern for public cultural services, as well as the construction of the public sphere in our society needs, as in calling the emergence of public television. Similarly, the face of complex social environment, in order to better serve the interests of the masses of people, public television's development has reached the stage is imperative.However, in reality, China is still in the absence of public television. The development of China's Public Television presents the problems encountered by a "total time" feature. For the Chinese public television is concerned, such a development path, is consistent with China's national conditions and can resist the commercial forces of the television industry and the adverse effects of the social environment, and better services for the development of Chinese society, is a feasible of development.
