| With the development of the technique both in power electronic and motor control, servo system is used more and more widely in industrial, national defense and aerospace field. As we all know the performance of the servo system has directly influence on the whole system, so it is necessary to have a sufficient detection on the servo system before using. For this, the paper developed a test platform for simulating the servo system's load, which can detect several kinds of servo system.Firstly, the paper analyzed the development of load simulation system and the actual load characteristics of the servo system, summed up the characteristics of traditional load simulation system, and gave the test platform's general design. The test platform is constitutive of control computer, load simulation controller, load motor, motor driver, gear box, drive inertia, hysteresis clutch, test stand and other components, which can be used to achieve the simulation of inertia, static resistance torque and dynamic torque.Secondly, the paper finished the main equipment selection and the design work for the load simulation controller's hardware and software, including input module, output module, signal processing module and the communication module with the control computer. The load simulation controller is the core unit of the load simulation system, and it uses high-performance DSP-TMS320LF2407A as its processor. It can complete signal acquisition, signal processing and a variety of torque output.Finally, the paper completed the assembly and adjustment of the test platform and realized the load simulation goal. It proves that this design is reasonable and feasible. |
