| The features of news style are influenced by the media technology. The history of media technological development is a history of the evolution of news style". News media assumes different features in the four media periods:newspaper, broadcast, television and internet. Mobile phone is regarded as the "Fifth Mess Media" following newspaper, broadcast, television and internet. It has some advantages over other four media in communication such as interaction, timeliness, convenience, individuality, multimedization and so on. These communicative features are bound to an influence on the evolutions of news style.As one of the representative forms of mobile media, mobile newspaper is well and fast developed. Influenced by the communicative traits of mobile media, the style of mobile media assumes a series of typical characteristics, such as "compaction in news expression", "obfuscation in style ", "multimedization in news manifestations", "livehood in news content", "mass-decentralization in information dissemination", and etc. To some extent, these characteristics of mobile newspaper represent some new tendencies of news style in 3G age.The present author chooses the content in the issuant cycle from May 12 to May 18 in 2008 of "Henan Mobile Newspaper" as the researching object, to study the characteristics of the news style of mobile newspaper. With the analysis of both advantages and disadvantages and the communicative patterns of mobile media, the characteristics of the news style are to be probed in the theological sense, and the evolutionary tendencies of the "fifth media" are to be predicated too. |
