The paper introduces the advantages of Portal and the access procedures of the WEB Certification users,Portal Certification doesn't need any specialized customer-end tools and the customer only needs to use IE to fulfill the whole certification process. With the corresponding billing server,the billing management of the customer Can be realized so as to achieve the goal of wholly contol of the customer's visiting to the network resources.Different parts of the system are independent, which alsure cooperation of the services. The adoption of the unified recognition system brings reduction of data disagreements and unified management of system access purview. The unified recognition also provides users SSO function,and provides administrators convenience in users management,which improve efficiency of recognition and management.
