Non-contact infrared temperature measurement technology is widely used and removes the limitations of contact temperature measurement under high temperature and pressure and with a wide temperature measurement range. So it can be applied to the field such as forest fire-proof, industrial control, power and steel industry. With the development of DSP technology of the fast image process, the research on infrared temperature measurement based on DSP technology becomes a hot spot.This paper first gives a general overview of the infrared detection technology and infrared temperature measurement technology, and a detailed illustration of the principle of infrared radiation, and the characteristics of infrared image features and infrared temperature imaging technology, introducing some temperature measurement methods in common use. A complete set of infrared temperature measurement system is constructed including infrared optical system, the infrared thermal imaging front-end pretreatment system based on 384×288 focal plane array, the infrared temperature measurement processing system based on TI DM642. After establishing the hardware system, process the infrared digital image. This paper completes the BT.656 image acquisition and display algorithms on DM642. In order to clearly observing the temperature distribution of objects, this paper completes the reduction pseudo-color algorithm and implements the color gradient increasing the information of image. The interface used for blackbody furnace calibration and temperature measure is finished. Change the distance and collect multiple data records in order to find out the impact of the distance and temperature drift caused by the infrared focal plane array on the temperature measurement accuracy. Establish the relationship between temperature and gray by look-up table and the two point linear fitting. Correct the spectrum emissivity and improve the accuracy.
