The Spread Spectrum (SS) is a core technology in 3G personal communication system, the foundation of this technology is to construct a spread sequence which has excellent self-correlation and inter-correlation, is must has numerous coding sequences and high complexity, to meet the need of multi-users and secrecy. This paper centers on research of present kinds of spread sequences, their coding principle and performance are academically researched and simulated.(1)The basic principle, classification and their performance of the Spread Spectrum Communication System (SSCS) are introduced, and the work process of the Direct Sequence Spread Spectrum (DS-SS) system is simulated.(2)Some common discrete time chaotic systems are introduced, the random performance of PN sequence, chaotic sequence and self-encoded sequence are analyzed and simulated.(3)Combined with Gold sequence, based on the classical Logistic map, a new mulriple GL sequence is brought forward, it has excellent balance characteristic besides high complexity and good privacy.(4)The synchronization in SSCS is discussed, and then a PN synchronization acquisition system based-on phase searching method is designed, the Simulink is used to simulate the process of the acquisition. The result of the simulation shows that the system has the short-time capture characteristic and low-error characteristic.
