Based On The Vr-platform 3d Virtual Learning Environment Design And Development

With the continuous development of virtual reality, as well as the promotion of education model in the field of education, the application of virtual learning environment has got more and more attention. Based on the analysis of the related concepts and the theoretical foundation of virtual learning environment, the author summed up the development process and the elements of 3D virtual learning environment. Then the author analyzed the reasons of choosing VR-Platform as a development tool from a technical point of view. Finally, by analyzing of Mechanical Drawing course in secondary vocational school, the author accomplished the design and development of Combinations' 3D virtual learning environment by using VR-Platform.In this article, the author proposed the flowchart and structural model of 3D virtual learning environment. Then the author put forward the design recommendations of 3D virtual learning environment from three aspects of scientific, interactive and artistic. The article can be provided as a theoretical reference in the future. The author analyzed the structure of VR-Platform and summed up its characteristics. According to the characteristics of mechanical drawing, the author designed a program of the virtual learning environment and then developed it. It can provide the technical support to the researchers who want to choose this platform later.The result of research and application shows that "Mechanical Drawing -Combinations" 3D virtual learning environment provides a kind of more intuitive and vivid learning style for the students. It also can improve their self-interest in the study and make up for lack of teaching aids and learning resources. This 3D virtual learning environment will be useful for people who want to develop learning resources in other mechanical engineering courses.
