The neuroscience has became one of most rapid front field of life sciences in the present age,and the brain is the advanced centrum of the nerval system.The brain science is also listed as most receive focuses attention on research area in this century.The atlas of the brain is the necessary tools to research the structure and the function of the brain,which could provide accurately the dissection structure information and the function information of the brain.A large number of practice has proved that a more precise atlas of the brain and the method of stereotaxic of the brain is indispensable.This study take the Gansu zokor's(Myospalax cansus) brain organization as the object of study, and studies the Gansu zokor's brain structure,and introduces the main nuclear group and the organizational structure of each brain area.Gansu zokor show a suite of ecological and physiological adaptations to the underground milieu,and the brain is especially adapted to such life.It's a matter of great research interest that the unique position of this rat's brain.According to study data,there's no study on stereotaxic atlas of the brain of Gansu zokor in this times,thus it's necessary to establish a stereotaxic atlas of the brain of Gansu zokor.Only in a more comprehensive understanding of various anatomical structures and the location of distribution of Gansu zokor's brain,It will be basic service for the study of the rat's brain structure and function such as behavior,neuroendocrine,and nerve function.This article describes the production process of continual brain tissue slice in detail,which including dissect on Gansu zokor's brain,production process of brain tissue slice and digital processing.After that we should establish three-dimensional coordinate system,in this part all the brain tissue slice will have the corresponding three-dimensional coordinates by the methode of the pinhole signs that posting in the brain tissue,in this way,the corresponding three-dimensional coordinates of the main nuclear group can be established accurately.Lastly,the main nuclear group and the organizational structure of the digital slice will be marked and introduced.In order to facilitate following teaching and experiment,we established a visible virtual Gansu Zokor olfactory buib after established a stereotaxic atlas of the brain of Gansu zokor.It will lay an important foundation for the three-dimensional reconstruction of Gansu Zokor's brain.We finished establishing a visible virtual Gansu Zokor's olfactory buib by using computer image processing and manual identification to recognize the contour of olfactory buib,and then showed the effect of the three-dimensional reconstruction. The main work of this study is:Firstly,producted the serial sections of brain tissue and stained this sections by using histological staining program,then got the two-dimensional digital images by using Photomicrography,established three-dimensional coordinate system and marked the main nuclear group on the atlas.At last,established a visible virtual Gansu Zokor olfactory buib by using computer image processing and the Three-dimensional reconstruction program.The result suggested that the reconstructed Gansu Zokor olfactory buib were consistent corresponding three-dimensional structure with the original specimens and can be freely rotated.
