Animal robot is a frontier and high-tech field which has foresightedness and strategic in the world.There are many ways to control animal robot,but the most essential and effective method is to control brain.Brain is the senior centrum of nerval system,which is the most watched field of study in the 21 st century.A lot of theory and practice have proved that the atlas of brain is the important tool in brain science research,it can accurately provide the anatomical structure information and the function information of brain.The carp is used as the research object in this paper.The morphological structure of carp brain tissue has been researched,and the structure,cell morphology and distribution of carp brain nucleus and fiber bundles has been introduced in detail.For the later experimental studies,according to carp skull structure and bony marks,the 3d coordinate system of carp brain has been established which has the characteristics of good reliability and high accuracy.Through the heart perfusion method and Prussian blue reaction,the brain tissue of carp has been successfully fixed and the reference point of brain atlas has been established.In order to provide registration anchor points in the process of building a brain atlas,external positioning method is used.Four electrodes are inserted into the carp brain,and the locating markers are established.The result shows that the marker points are clearly visible on the microscopic images of tissue slices,it played a good role in registration.According a lot of experiments,the sequence of reagents,the concentration of reagents and the optimum action time are determined,which are used to prepare the carp brain tissue slices.Re-air drying method is proposed,the success rate of paraffin tissue slices has been improved and the paraffin slices of more complete carp brain tissue are obtained.The microscopic images of the tissue samples have been obtained,which are registered and marked with the main nerve nucleus and fiber bundles in the brain,and the construction of the brain atlas has been realized.In the end,by using the constructed carp brain atlas,two kinds of test methods are used to study the movement function of the carp myelencephalom nerve nucleus,which are the electrical stimulation brain control action test in water-leaving and shallow anesthesia state and the electrical stimulation brain induced test in underwater free state.The V-nucleus is used to control carp balance,the VI-nucleus is used to control carp left turn,the VII-nucleus is used to control carp forward action,and the VIII-nucleus is related to the carp vision which is used to control carp eye movement.In addition,exciting electrodes have been marked combined with heart perfusion technique and tissue slice technique,the accuracy of implanted electrodes has been proved,and the accuracy of constructed carp brain atlas has been further explained in this paper.
