Collaborative Management System, Based On The Logistics Of Web And Workflow Technology

With the application of Internet and the development of web and workflow technology, workflow technology has become one of the crucial technologies for contemporary enterprises in implementing the control and management of workflow technology. Collaborative Logistics Management System (CLMS ) based on web and workflow integrates the logistics operational system, the scheduling management system, the financial management system and integrated service modules in phases, and automates the process of enterprise logistics business flow and manages the integration information including plan, procurement, inventory, distribution and sales.CLMS plays a significant part in logistics business management. It is a great significance to promote logistics information, further improve the management skills and management levels, and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.Focused on the current business problems in logistics management and the status quo and the needs of the modern enterprise logistics information management, the design of a CLMS is the main study in this paper. Firstly, it discourses the basic exposition for the key technology, studies in-depth in the XML definition, the interaction of logistics information, workflow process definition and collaboration interface component technology, and gives an XML-based model for the process definition and a web-based model for interface collaboration. Secondly, CLMS based on web and workflow is meant for a modern enterprise logistics information management by using XML and web services-based collaborative interface workflow system. It discourses the main functions of modules such as logistics business, management scheduling and financial management and analyses the security and certification. Then, CLMS achieves a multi-layer distributed framework by the combining J2EE and MVC and demonstrates in detail all levels and exchange on data information. Finally, by the application of China Railcom A branch, CLMS has some good performances in reliability, scalability and practicality, and validates the model and its related technologies, and collaborative logistics business for heterogeneous environment of synergy, and provides a good foundation for cross-enterprise business transactions.CLMS has advance in the overall design of the system and multi-level data protection and access control mechanisms. The system which can be operated flexibly easily and quickly can basically meet the needs of users in the logistics management.
