| Machine vision technique is used in automation,electron,manufacture,packaging,food and other fields characterized by high speed and high accuracy. Getting image of inspecting object by machine vision system and through image pretreatment, image segmentation, character extracting and image analysis, then export the results of detection and control the outer machine at last. Machine vision has already become one of important branches in nondestructive detection.The item of this thesis is a cooperative project with a company in Jiangmen Guangdong province. To solve some problem of using human to perform inspection, such as bad reliability and low efficiency, this item tries to design a suit of equipment to perform magnetic cores on-line automated sorting.In detail, the main work of the paper areas as follows:1. Research on the basic characteristics of magnetic core and the basic principles and methods of magnetic core job scheduling, the use of mechanical design knowledge, design magnetic core dedicated feed mechanism,2. Use monochrome CCD camera and associated image processing software, acquire image in real-time;3. Researching and developing image processing analysis system and the control system, so that image processing system and control system can use the same software platform;4. Using sensors to determine the magnetic core's corresponding location e, then use I / O control card grouped motion control;5. Choose suitable pneumatic components grouped the magnetic cores;6. Using the relevant knowledge of mechanical design to design the track of magnetic core, and design appropriate institutions flip the work piece;7. Finally generally analyze the critical effect aspects of machine-vision system, Such as light Brightness, illumination, object distance, object movement and so on. Also many experiments is done to analysis result and can compare with actual value the experimental result. |
