Military Computer System Security And Maintenance

For the recent two years the military secrets kept in the computer were divulged, causing a great loss to the army, so that the research on the military computer security is even more important.In this thesis, I studied on the Windows XP operation system which is used widespreadly in the army at present, the actual situation in the armed forces and a number of actual cases, focusing on the military office and personal computer security protection and maintenance. At the meantime I learned some knowledge from some well-known firewall at home and abroad. Especially, I studied on the six aspects: Anti-Rootkit, packet filtering, IDS, stateful inspection, cell phone control of computer operations, U disk management and system maintenance. As a result, I programmed a software which can'restrict the access of some hardware, system, file and network, monitor some system operation. The software can avoid some leakage of secret documents and some implantation of virus, and realized the form of confidentiality that combined Consciousness with mandatory, so that it can achieve the security and confidentiality in the military use of computers to some extent.At the same time,I am also dedicated to the maintenance of the system in order to improve the computer's performance based on existing hardware.The achievements in this thesis will have much significance in computer's security and maintenance of the military. There are some innovations on the administration authority for computer using, accessing to important file document and administration to U-disk, which are very applied.
