In the process of measure and test of the artillery work pressure,the output value of the pressure sensor not only depends on the actual pressure but also is affected by the environmental parameters such as temperature and so on. Based on the measure and test of artillery work pressure,this paper summarizes the general methods of temperature error compensation of piezoresistive pressure sensors,constructs experimental system based on PXI bus technology. Using the data acquisition programme which was programmed by LabVIEW, the output value of the piezoresistive pressure sensor under different temperatures and different pressures was measured. Based on the acquired datas,the temperature error and sensitivity coefficient were analyzed. The temperature error of the piezoresistive pressure sensor was compensated by the bicubic spline interpolation function programmed by the Labview.Via the analysis of some artilleries temperature signal measures, the signal model of the thermal shock of the artillery is constructed and the thermal shock experimental equipment is designed. Via the analysis of the function of the different experimental part,choose the proper parts and material. The achievement of the function and the PWM control circuit hardware are researched and designed, prepared for the next actual construction of the thermal shock experimental equipment.In the thermal shock simulation experiment, it is necessary to adjust the thermal shock time to simulate the different actual situation. According to the existing laboratory conditions, the measure and PID control programme of the electromotor rev was programmed. The adjusting of the thermal shock time is accomplished through the electromotor rev measure and control system. The mathematical model and transfer function of the used brushless DC electromotor are established. The electromotor and PID control system are simulated by the Simulink software. Through a series of adjustments to choose the appropriate control parameters,allow the system to have a fast rise time and good ability to suppress interference.
