In recent years, along with the vigorous development of media career, and the appearance of emerging media such as network and so on, our country's consensus was mature day after day, this impelled the democratic political advancement. The consensus has played an unnegligible role especially in the process of impelling our country's legislation towards the consummation. This article has emphatically analyzed relations between our country's consensus and the legislation from real diagnosis case and in the foundation of survey to the West consensus legislation. We believe two of them are realizing benign interaction quietly--The legislation has made great strides to the consensus rules and regulations, the consensus was also gradually permeating the legislation process.
