"shearer Monitoring System Data Visualization Technology

As a major underground mining equipment,the running condition of Shearer directly impact on the running condition of coal mines,so Shearer needs higher reliability.To improve the reliability of Shearer,it not onlyneeds to improve manufacturing quality of Shearer,but also to monitor the real-time condition of Shearer.It is also required that the condition of Shearer is reflected in time and accurately.For the IPC this will cause many real-time data collection and analysis of the results in time.The result of analysis will be sent to the ground staff in monitoring interface.On this basis,the statistics on PC sum up knowledge through mining the large number of data.These can make people to understand the law of Shearer's running and to diagnose the faults in time and warn early.It not only can make forecasts before abnormal situations, but also can make people doing repairing timely after the overhaul.These can reduce the loss and improve system reliability of the Shearer.Data Visualization technology is emerging as a flourish technology.How to effectively deal with and explain the information contained in a large number of mass data will be the great challenge for humanity,meanwhile,this is a tempting prospect which Data Visualization technologybrings to human beings. Through the methods of Web-based charts,the data of Shearer's parts will be collected and shown as dynamic images,which give the staff an intuitive interface.In this paper,the research and the realization of the project are in favor of the shearer fault diagnosis,which improves the quality of Shearer and runs a role in promoting stability.In this paper,the author uses the open-source graphics lib based on JAVA language,which is combined with dynamic web page technology,to achieve a dynamicreal-time chart without refreshing the page.It plays arole of improving the ground real-time monitoring of Shearer.
