Along with the IP network and the application rapid development,the Next Generation Network(NGN) receives people's attention more and more, the service which provides with it is close related,not only it the load bearing original PSTN network' s basic service and the supplement service, simultaneously could also provide the data traffic and each kind of multimedia service.As the NGN bearer net,the IP network can only provide suits the data traffic to Best Effort(BE) to serve,cannot meet the NGN mutimedia service needs which develops unceasingly.The NGN service level end-to-end grade of service realizes telies on IP hearer network' s QoS, it includes Path Throughput,IP Packet Transmission Delay,IP Packet Delay Variation,IP Packet Loss Rate,and so on.Therefore,objective,accurate, authoritative appears to the NGN network' s evaluation criteria especially important.At present the domestic and foreign some products mainly select the measuring appliance method,this way can only carry on partial,the short-term test,cannot carry on the attention which to the NGN network the entire net,continues,does not favor discovers the network performance early the deterioration.Moreover is getting bigger and bigger along with the network size,this kind of test mode's malpractice even more will he prominent.Carries on the comprehensive monitor to the network performance,is the effective management network foundation,the present thesis intends to designs a centralized management,the distributional survey network test appraisal system.The system is based on "YD / T 1381-2005 IP network tethnical requirements-network performance measurement method," the concerns of users realize IP network end-to-end quality of service measurement of main parameters and on the basis of Service Level Agreement(SLA) assessment report to provide the measurement results.Through the NGN bearer network install reliable hardware devices to deploy measurement node,two nodes can he measured between the end-to-end network performance,the measurement results to WEB manner,Hardware measurement devices only acept internal protocol data and monitoring systems will play a LAN to isolate the role of NGN networks.In this thesis,the design system's main features are:one,easy to operate and maintain-system uses a centralized management,distributed measurement architecture;two,standardized measurement method-based on the People's Republic of China communication industry standards YD/ T 1381 2005;three,high measuring accuracy calculated by the EPGA module to ensure that the time delay measurement accuracy of less than one millisecond;four,measurement nodes without time synchronizaticon through its own calculation methods such as delay time synchronization problem ingenious solution;five,the system expansion flexibility cheap reliable IP reflector deployment can be substantial in order to meet the growing scale of the network;six,safe and reliable Hardware measuring equipment isolation monitoring network with NGN bearer network measuring equipment without blocking NGN network transmission lines,the use of parallel access methods.
