The market competition situation is becoming more and clearer, it has been entered the times of excelsior. At present, the fixed network operators focus on customers'requirements, service profit ability and network efficiency instead of product itself. By providing abundant individuation services, the fixed network operators are exerting themselves to increase ARPU & customers's loyalty so as to retain their customers.NGN whose core technology is the Softswitch, is the aim of communication network intelligentization when PSTN which is based on circuit switching turn into packet switching.The main subject of this dissertation describes the network intelligentization application of NGN technology based on Softswitch. This Technology not only provide the level, quick and efficient network of services and support for the fixed network operators. It also increases the ARPU value of operators and lower maintenance costs and improves customer loyalty and thus retains their customers in the network. The main task of this dissertation is involved in a large number of information collection, analysis and classification for the network structure and application of the existing fixed telecommunications network (referred to as the fixed network).Combined with years of experience in the maintenance of the network of the fixed network and projects practice, including the installation of equipment, this dissertation respectively provide a comprehensive summary of program analysis and transformation for the network structure of network intelligentization and equipment interoperability. The network intelligentization technology of the softswtich is widely used for the domestic and foreign carriers such as the Guangdong Telecom, the Shanxi Netcom, China Satcom and QSC, also provide a good transformation reference for the telecommunications network operators. In this article, it recommends the application principle of the network intelligentization technology of the softswtich, in detail describe the key technologies of the network intelligentization and the network design of the network intelligentization for C4 and C5 office. At last this article gives the corresponding data of planning and testing.
