The Focal Plane Array Imaging Method And System Simulation Study

Passive Millimeter Wave(PMMW) imaging system has particular technology advantage compare to other imaging system. It can penetrate cloud, fog and smoke of gun powder, have the ability of working all day, and the image generated by PMMW has higher resolution. It can penetrate nonmetal material either, so has the ability to detect disguised things. Because PMMW is used to detect self-radiation of target, its ability of concealment is better than other ways. Focal plane array technology can generate many high gain wave to cover the field at the same time, so it can improve the temperature sensitivity of radiometer system and data rate of imaging system. At present, PMMW imaging with focal array plane has become a very important direction in PMMW imaging field.In this dissertation, focal array plane imaging system on missile and super resolution processing of image are studied, and the main research focus on the following issues:Fist, PMMW and focal array plane are investigated and analyzed, introduce the research significance and present situation of PMMW focal array plane imaging system. Secondly, introduce and discuss the components and proposal of radiometer, two different working ways of radiometer are investigated and the high-frequency component of radiometer is designed. The target signal of focal array plane system is set up, and simulate them on different target signal and different situation. At last, the results of the simulation are analyzed.Thirdly, super resolution theory and degenerated model of imaging system are studied. Especially the proposal and implement approach of projection on convex sets(POCS) algorithm are investigated and improved on basis of it. Wavelet theory and implement approach are studied. Normal POCS algorithm and improved algorithm in this dissertation are investigated and simulated, and the results of the simulation are analyzed.At last, the main index of the components of radiometer system are fixed. On the basis of pre-research, radiometer system is setup and simulated in the ADS. Study and analyze the results of the simulation.
