The fusion of MEMS and Optics(Micro-Opto-Electro-Mechanic Systems) brings up new methods for designing and fabricating optical components. It has the advantage of low-cost, small size, mass production and smart function. Based on these advantages, the combinations inter-satellite optical communication low power consumption, small volume, and light weight. Applying the MOEMS devices to inter-satellite optical communication is of great significance.Space optical communication has much advantage such as much greater communi- cations capacity, high-bit-rate, high secrecy, high anti-electromagnetic disturbance, small size and low attenuation. It is a lively branch of communication. So each country attaches important attention to space optical communication, and achieves great progress.Firstly, this paper introduces the MOEMS, its development trends and manufacturing process, etc. MOEMS applied in optical space communication and the advantages of optical main application fields is discussed,then it analyses the problem of MOEMS applied to overcome optical space communication,this is spatial environment conditions to transmit light beam transmission device thermal deformation of deflection and satellite communication links to space vibration- Optical thin film thermal deformation of the beam propagation of deflection effect in space environment and the effect of satellite vibration, summed up the prospect and development trend of MOEMS in optical communication. The paper discusses the main structure and composition of optical space communication system, describes the key technologies of optical space communication and discusses the factors and countermeasures influencing space optical communication system performance.The paper established all-optical transponders thermal deformation model in the orbiting space high vacuum thermal environment, using finite element analysis software ANSYS simulation, compares the distribution of temperature, stress and deformation of double film reflection mirror in different materials, and different temperature condition. And with this basis, corresponds thermal deformation inhibit or mitigation measures.The article also discusses the source and species of the vibration of satellite platform, and the vibration suppression method are studied, emphatically expounds passive isolation inhibition,briefly introduces five other ways. In order to achieve better inhibition effect, this hard nut to crack still need the hereafter to further study.
