CSCL Research On Application Of Computer Teaching In Higher Vocational Education

We have entered the information times since 21 century,and the remarkable characteristic of information times is so called knowlage explosion with rapid development of technology and accelerated accumulation of knowlage.Unidirectional and received learning method relying on books and teacher's lecturing is replaced with personalized discovering learning process,which could be finished easily during information transmission of independent choice,rational acceptance,scientific process using computer,internet and other mulitmedia equipments as medium.This discovering learning method would break the received learning pattern which centering on classrooms,teachers and textbooks,and emphasize the discovering learning pattern which centering on the independent,cooperative and groping study.So the computer supported collaborative learning(CSCL)become important and hot in the fields of international and national education technology,Computer and eduaction,and educational psychology.Just in this times background,this study focuses on the CSCL application in the teaching of higher vocational colleges.Based on the combination of action research,experments, questionnaire,and literature analyses,and paying attention to the collection and arrangement of experimental data,the goal of this work is to prompt teaching through transferring the tranditional pattern of absolute teaching into a new pattern emphasizing the cooperation of teaching and studing.After the investigation of the worldwild development,analyses of relative theory of collabortive learning,and comprehensive consideration on current school teaching situation,this study suggested a set of sensible design scheme for CSCL teaching.And the effect of this design on improving teaching was proved through its application in teaching of computer culture base.
