With the rapid development of computer technology and education, the concept of continuously updated, computer-supported collaborative learning system in the field of education are gradually increasing, the role of "student-learning-based" philosophy of education is further realized.This paper analyzes the computer-supported collaborative learning characteristics and advantages,introduces the system at home and abroad CSCL development, analysis and studies the characteristics of the school chemistry experiment on the subject. From the development of the situation in China's education needs and network virtual experiment teaching advantages, combining the characteristics of CSCL and the constructivist teaching theory, proposing a new system model of the computer-supported collaborative learning applied to.school chemistry experiment. By extensive literature read and comparing the system to the predecessors for systematic analysis of Flex-based high school chemistry experiment CSCL system, determined the business processes and system architecture, cleared system function, divided various functional modules, completed interface design and database design, thus fulfilling of the aim.Flex technology is for RIA development and satisfies the needs of enterprise-class programmers, it is said that has been launched the server and application framework.. In developing process using the framework of PureMVC model, reduced the complexity of RIA development, improve the efficiency and quality of the development. At the same time, this paper have done a lot of analysis and research on the group issues, according to the subject characteristics of high school chemistry experiment,combination of individual learning characteristics of students,Determine the division of the basis and principles of collaborative group ,proposed grouping strategy based on this system。Thus, we can use the system to change the traditional concepts of teaching and learning mode, update teaching methods, so that secondary school knowledge of chemistry experiments in the image of the learning is more intuitive, it help the students to understand, memory, build and enhance space imagination, and it is conducive to improve student's enthusiasm and initiative to learn.
