Semiconductor silicon technology has been followed the Moore theorem more than 30 years.However,the present situation has slowed down the pace,so it will be stalled when the micro-electronics technology arrive at its basic limit.In which the issue of interconnection and power dissipation caused the slower pace of the main technical constraints.On the other hand,these obstacles of integrated circuits provide other choices of circuit device technology,the technology is applied to design the scope of the nano scale,and to connect with each other in an appropriate structure.This paper studied the nonlinear dynamics of the quantum cellular neural networks which consist of the quantum-dot cellular automata.Polarization of Quantum dots cell and quantum phase are considered as the state variables,we can get the chaotic complex dynamical behavior of the network through theory analysis and matlab simulation.And it discussed the reaction-diffusion mechanism,which can get wave conduction and wave conduction failure.Though simulation,we can find that wave conduction is a stable phenomenon which can converge in the equilibrium state.CNNs is composed of many cells which connect through the local network,in which each cell can be linear and nonlinear circuits,VLSI can be realized,performing a large-scale parallel computing.A primary function of cellular neural networks is to convert the input image into a corresponding output image.In order to complete this function,it must be a fully stable network,that is,all output trajectories must converge to a stable equilibrium point,so the stability of cellular neural networks is a prerequisite condition for reliable work.Based on the above theory,through dynamical analysis of the nanodevices auto-wave mechanism,the mechanism is similar to CNNs,through appropriate designing;such dynamic model of nano-devices can be used for characterizing the cellular neural networks,so it can be used for processing images.Through theoretical analysis and the use of matlab simulation,it can be used to process image smoothing,edge enhancement-detection,noise tolerance,horizontal-vertical line detection and so on.Therefore it can be applied to solve the problem of image processing;in particular,it can be applied to solve the traditional methods which can not be a good solution.In the end of the paper,it concludes with a discussion of the identification of such network system.
