Monitoring And Control Network Systems Based On Can Field Bus

The system establishs a distributed measurement and control system based on CAN Bus,and a new which is the same with the system has presentsed under compliance with the CAN2.0B.Each node communicates in this custom protocol.CAN bus is the extension of the computer network technology in the modern control field.CAN-bus is widely used for its good performance in the modern control,and has its own norms and international standards.In this paper,the system is designed to work mainly include the following parts:(1) Defined a kind of CAN-BUS communication protocol based on CAN2.0B,and it is applicable to this system and adopts the "command+parameters" format.(2) The design of harmonic analysis node.The node takes the TMS320F2812 as the processor to use fast Fourier(FFT) algorithm.The designs of the peripheral circuit mainly include:analog-digital conversion circuitry and signals the synchronous sampling circuits and CAN bus communication interface circuit.(3) It designs a common loop modulator with CAN bus communication interface using the Single-chip in this part.The hardware circuit design of the nodes include:the object data acquisition circuit,digital-to-analog conversion circuit,communication interface module circuit.Software design include the realization of fuzzy PID algorithm, CAN controller initialization,receiving and sending information etc.(4) The upper computer node's design is mainly software with VC++6.0,design of MFC control visual interface layer.Using USB/CAN card offers DLL function,the upper computer from the CAN-BUS to send and receive messages.The master node can send remote frames to other nodes,reading the data to the data's analysis and storage.CAN bus is widely used in the field of modern control,as is urge us to know it deeply.In this paper,elaborated the theory of CAN bus,establishing the distributed network with the CAN bus is imoortant to research the application of CAN bus.
