Based On The Osgi Home Network Middleware System Design And Application

Based on the development of the Mid-net strategy of Haier and researches of the technology of home network middleware, this study designs a system according to the certain technology, to provide a resolution as the intelligent home network services. There are two important issues considered as bellow1. The design typography of the home network middleware: in terms of the former study, analysis and application experiences of the certain middleware system, the technology has confirmed as a centre transport section of the whole system of the home networks. Thus, the whole structure of the typography can be hypothetically established first based on the services of OSGi standard, such as service interface, service register and service implement etc. Hence, the services which provided by the home network system can be integrated as a aggregate, by achieve the certain hypotheses, the interfaces and services should be rendered primarily, thus different kind of requirements of the system are presented to the system as services respectively.2. The implementation of SOS system: the devices of this service are mainly mini-size working station as home digital box, personal computer or local area servers. The implementation based on OSGi serial interface I/O, data managing, which successfully transplanted to the terminal devices of Haier Home Digital Platform, meanwhile, validated a prevalent application tendency of the OSGi standard in the future development of the embedded home digital utilities.To sum up the former two issues, the scalability, implacability and adaptability of OSGi standard can all be considered as the advantages while implementation in Home Network System. In addition, from the bottom up, resolved the problem of compatibility of various devices which used in the system.
