The above aspects are mainly focused on. Meanwhile, the life story of Fan Ning and the circulating situation of The Annotation of the Spring and Autumn Annals and Guliang Annals are also outlined in this paper.In this dissertation, the content is broadly divided into three chapters.In ChapterⅠ, Fan Ning's biography and The Annotation of The Spring and Autumn Annals and Guliang Annals. It classified and induces citations of annotations of ancient books and of theories of ancient schools. It has three parts. 1, cite quotations from Li; 2, cite quotations from other Confucian classics; 3, quote theories of other scholars in studies of Guliang Annals.
