Keyword-driven Automation Of Software Testing

To some extent,software testing is the first client before the software orienting the market.Meanwhile,in order to improve the testing efficiency and quality,we must completely transform the traditional methods which rely on manual testing,but to introduce Automated Testing technology in the right point as far as possible at the process of testing.The investment of Automated Testing will affect the cost,quality and cycle obviously of the entire development.At the beginning of investing Automated Testing technology, it may consume considerable energy,but maintaining the normal operation of it will be easy while the rule is established.In other words, this stategy is a pre-investment but latter- benefit.On the basis of describing the development of automated testing technology,we depict their respective advantages and disadvantages,what's more,we highlight the focus on the analysis and research of the keyword-driven automated testing technology. In the improved keyword-driven test system,the structure of keywords not only includes some necessary elements also adds specific elements which used to store the feedback of implementation. In addition, the separation of the keywords which are stored in the database makes the number of keywords reduced heavy through the function of navigation-keywords.In order to improve the efficiency of keyword-driven test system,this article adopts the proccess of trapeziform instead of pyramidal, realizing the separation of the function of the keyword-database, thereby reducing the mapping relations between the keyword and supported script,what's more the descriptions of straticulate mapping relations and the proccess of feedback are based on this.What's more,on the basis of separation of keyword-database, describing the way to maintain keyword-driven.Through the research of the process of mapping, this article improve the original two-dimensional mapping as hierarchical mapping, and describes how to feedback the results of implementation.
