With the continuous devlopment of society,continuous advance of science and technology, continuous improvement of computer technology, digitization has become a trend of social development at present, digital imaging technology represented by digital cameras has aroused academic and industry attention. For the consideration of the size and the cost of digital cameras, manufacturers of digital cameras generally use a single CCD or CMOS image sensor, and the surface of the sensor is covered with a layer of color filter array(CFA), we generally adopt Bayer CFA. In the Bayer CFA, each pixel can only get one component of physical trichromatic -red, green and blue, Therefore we must relay on the interpolation to get the information of the other two color channels, and then get the full color image, so it is necessary to carry out color interpolation.In this paper, we first study the classical interpolation algorithms, with the tireless effort and study of our predecessors,a lot of vaLuable classical interpolation algorithms have been devolped.such as bilinear interpolation algorithm ,Cok interpolation algorithm which is based on the const color ratio, gradient-based interpolation algorithm and so on. If the interpolation algorithm is operated on a fabric which have fine texture , inexplicable wave-like stripes will often appears, it is the color moire which have a serious impact on the visual effect of its image. Therefore, it is necessary to have one or more effective interpolation algorithms which remove color moire from the original image. Although classical interpolation algorithms are different to each other, but all of them are channels of single-color interpolations,only differ in the method of calculation while interpolating.,so the effect of demoire is not very satisfactory. After a variety of experiments, we find that the difference image is more smooth than the original image, so we try to carry out the interpolation of color difference. Restore the G channel using the color difference, and then resume the R/B color channels.Processed images and statistics show that the method has a better effect, color moire has been a high degree of inhibition .In addition, the second algorithm proposed in this paper introduce the concept of vector to the process of interpolation, and takes eight directions while calculating weights, thus the results of this calculation is closer to the true value while avoiding the problem that the interpolation result has a bias towards one or few directions. Compared with classical interpolation algorithms, the interpolation effect is ideal, color moire has been a high degree of removal.The experiment result show that the two improved algorithms proposed in this paper can effectively remove the color moire from the image, and the computational complexity does not matter very much, it is feasible in the hardware of digital cameras.
