This paper is based on shape-model of optic-fiber in high-speed to analyze the characteristics of motion and mechanics when the optic-fiber is on the bobbin. Because of the static characteristic of the shape-model which can't be expressed by time obviously, it is hard to get characteristics of motion by integral and differential coefficient directly. After finding out the restriction of the shape-model in any time, it uses numerical difference to compute the velocity and acceleration by separating the time. Besides, because it is difficult to get the expression of the length directly, it uses numerical integral. To get the positions of different separated time, it uses the iterative method to approach.It is an explored way to analyze the characteristics of mechanics when the optic-fiber is on the bobbin. The initial analyses of dynamical equations can not take the tension into account by computed, so it has to find a new force to get a good tension. In this paper, the new force is imported based on many tentative-analyses, and by now the truth can not be told, but it should be proved. Now, the tension is taken into account by importing a new force and it is similar to the characteristics by test. It is fit for the knowledge of people in many ways also.
