With the rapid development of radio and television transmitting, digital, and networking, information and intelligent control technology, the transmitter modulation mode renews unceasingly. In particular with the emergence of high-power semiconductor which was derived from advanced transistor manufacturing technology, as well as the extensive use of integrated circuit and electronic numeral technology, the entire solid state and digital amplitude-modulated transmitter become the most advanced broadcast equipment and there are much great innovation that have been take place in radio AM.The entire solid state and digital AM transmitter has neglected the influence of the audio characters totally in non-linearity of electronic device and the distribution parameters, and the sound which broadcast from that equipment has a higher quality .The efficiency it transmits may be up to 80%, and the occupancy is more small in volume and weight, there is very low failure rate and the maintenance is convenient. It is easy to connect the computer by the equipment of interface. The entire solid state digital amplitude-modulated transmitter has the characteristics of digitization, solid state, automation as well as reliability, high power, and high efficiency, etc.The 100 kilowatt entire solid state and digital amplitude-modulated transmitter have been discussed carefully, the technology of DDS, transmitter guards against the thunder and lightning, and the M~2W amplifier module opened machine-class were also analyzed, as well as the problems of the primary status of the magnetic ring transformer when M~2W transmitter amplifier works, the situation of RF-pull switch, M~2W transmitter broadband amplification, enhanced N-channel FET protection ,etc., have been solved. The design and debug work of carrier amplitude modulation monitoring device have been completed according to the output characteristics of modulated transmitter.
