In the middle of radio receiver performance, the sensitivity is the most important one. In the field of super-elevation sensitiveness detecting, now available testing systems are composed of the power divider and changeable attenuator. But because of factors such as the temperature, humidity and the bending testing cable, signal that delivered to the receiver may change, and the testing result of the receiver sensitiveness will be affected. Therefore the design of an automatic tracking device to stabilize the output signal level is very meaningful.The main content of this thesis is testing system of two-way amplitude consistency in a very low level on narrowband. On the basis of the research and design of the test system under 100dBm level with bandwidth of 1.145GHz~1.175GHz and 1 dB range difference between the two-way signals is less than 0.2dB.It chooses the main road and the side road components of the system testing. The components include the power divider, directional coupler, bridge, fixed attenuator, detector, filter and amplifier. System in a very low level, the problem of electromagnetic compatibility is particularly important. Therefore, the design process in the main part of the system will work in a relatively high level, only need to consider part of the attenuation level.Test results show that the design of this study is reasonable. The test system meets the predetermined requirements, and has the very strong use value.
