Implementation Of The Program, Workers' Medical Insurance System Based On Soa, Ibm Mainframe

Our basic medical insurance systems in China include three important parts: basic medical insurance of resident in town, basic medical insurance of staff in town and new cooperative medical insurance of countryside. The basic medical insurance of staff is the most complicated, abroad area whose policy changes frequently. Because of the most population who join the insurance system and the policy change frequently, the current system is cause a lot problems in terms of low automated, hard upgrade and unstable. What kind of a new platform we should build, how to use a solution to these things become a new question for discussion.'National Medical Staff Insurance System based on SOA and solution on IBM Mainframe' through service-oriented architecture(SOA), make use of service-oriented technique, provide a new solution to integrate medical insurance system with every areas, every periods and different policies through incompact coupling of service reassembly and reintegrated. Besides, IBM Mainframe Z900 server gives us a new medical electronic transaction platform with high capability, high laden, security and stabilization. It is a good SOA deploy environment.We will discuss the actuality and character of SOA, discuss how to use service-integrated solution, and explore how to service-discovered, how to use the lifecycle of SOA which is Model, Assemble, Deploy, Manage and Governance/Processes to instead of traditional fall model to process the next generation of Medical Staff Insurance System. Besides, we will discuss the IBM Mainframe Z/900, which is the deploy platform of our system, and research how to use its centralized transaction character to support the transactions of our new Medical Staff Insurance System stably. We will also analyze how to pass the transaction data to Mainframe through specific interface and how to use the XML data of DB2 to flexibly store the data of medical insurance policy which changed frequently. So we can combine the related data base and object-oriented data base to adapt SOA architecture on Mainframe platform.
