Service Level Agreement (SLA) is a negotiated agreement about the level of service quality, priority, and responsibility between service providers and customers. To implement the agreement, there is a need for network performance monitoring. There are many shortcomings in conventional network management software. Administrators can not manage services from the user-oriented perspective, but from the view of bottom-oriented system. Therefore, it can not achieve an entire end-to-end browsing of application service process. When customers are not satisfied with the service quality, service providers are not able to figure out what the problems are. To meet the SLA, it is urgent to develop oriented SLA for the operation of the dynamic network monitoring system.First of all, this thesis introduced the topic background, simply presented the relevance of the concept of the SLA, and on this basis made the SLA management system design analysis, then a detailed discussion of the management system design and implementation. SLA agreements management at the entire SLA process it is very important, this article firstly analyzed the SLA agreements management system function and application of scenario, and SLA parameters template which are very critical during SLA development and signing of agreements were analyzed. SLA agreements management defined to be a B/S mode distributed Web system which based on SSH architecture while the SLA parameters to determine to use of XML language for organization and interaction. Then analyzed and designed the system architecture, interactive mode, system deployment. Used the cross platform, loosely coupled WebService technology for modules or system interaction order to disarm the coupling between the modules and systems. Because of the whole job also required a SLA-centric network detection system to work with, the final design is the system Interface for interaction with the SLA-centric network detection system.This thesis also discussed the design and implementation of Web display module and link monitoring module of SLA-centric Network monitoring system. Link monitoring SLA monitoring are an important aspect, discussed in this paper is based on the CORBA based, with an SLA parameters collection platform achieve the rapid performance characterization of SLA parameters and slow performance characterization of the network. Analysis of link performance parameters is particularly important for the two sides joining the SLA to observe the quality of network service. Web display module focuses on needs analysis, architecture selection and integration of tools in order to achieve input validation, access control, mapping, Report, page style, fully integrated. Simultaneously integrated with the CORBA architecture and can be expand easily.A summary is given at the end of this thesis. In addition, some opinions are provided for further study of SLA Management System and Web display module and link monitoring module of SLA-centric Network Monitoring System.
