With the development of the social information,Video surveillance platform of people's demand is also increasing.As a kind of high efficiency,high reliability,strong interactive management platform,the video monitoring platform based on hybrid link matrix can effectively improve the management efficiency of the video signal.At the same time,the platform breaks through the predicament of environmental factors to some extent.And it is one of the most promising video signal management methods.This thesis presents a design scheme of video signal control platform which is based on the combination of wired link and visible light link.It realizes the diversity of control channel and control terminal,and makes the video monitoring system compatible and extensible.Firstly,this thesis introduces the basic framework of the system which is based on the kd-MF series of HD multi format mixed matrix,and gives a detailed design scheme of the wired link control mode and the visible light link control mode.Secondly,this thesis describes the design of the hardware platform,the selection of communication protocol and the realization process of software system and it carries on the design and the realization to each function module that mainly includes the authority management module,the parameter establishment module,the inquiry module and the multi-level batch switching module.In order to improve the application and reliability of the system,the paper also describes the platform construction,hardware design and software implementation of the visible light link control mode.Visible light link control mode of the system uses the ARM_Linux platform as the system control platform.It is based on JEITA CP-1222 protocol which use 28.8kHz's sub-carrier and sub carrier 4 pulse position modulation(SC-4PPM)to achieve data transmission.At the same time,the receiver sends the instruction to the multi format mixed matrix after checking the received control commands by CRC.Finally,the thesis tests the function of the two models,and the results of the test verify the feasibility of the design and the stability of the system.In addition,it proves that the video matrix monitoring platform based on the hybrid link can adapt to a variety of environments,and the platform has strong usability.This thesis provides a theoretical basis and practical methods for the popularization and application of the video matrix monitoring platform which is based on hybrid link.
