The problem of web services' high-performance and high availability has become a hot area of web service's research.No matter how much have been done to improve the performance of the hardware,it still can't meet the increasing users' requirements to service capabilities.Web server cluster system is one of the effective way of solution to the current problem of web service performance,it will distribute the user's request in accordance with the load balancing algorithm to a server of the cluster,and parallel processing the user's request,so as to enhance the efficiency and performance of the system.This article first analyzes web server cluster system's basic theory and key technology,and then makes a classification of research on the current Web server cluster,and finally analyzes its core technology:The L4-L7 switching technology based on the OSI model.Discussing the key factors which impact the load balancing in detail and makes a comparison of various scheduling algorithms.Basing on these the concrete works are as follows:(1) Taking the different web request content and heterogeneous servers into account in practical applications.Putting forward a dynamic load balancing algorithm in accordance with the client's content combining with the performance parameters and load state of the server.This algorithm is an improved load balancing algorithm which is based on the allocation strategy of request content,this algorithm not only makes a classification of users' requests but also makes an real-time assessment of the load of the server,to avoid the uneven distribution of the load balancing caused by forwarding model,we put forward a solution,the specific method will be introduced in chapter three.Finally the simulation experiment shows that the load balancing algorithm is better than the common load balancing algorithm in reducing the response time and improving the system's throughput.(2) Analyzing the defects caused by the simple signal transduction of the realization of heart mechanism.Avoiding the sending of heartbeat signals only connected with the current network connection and the signal sending process,but not truly reflect the phenomenon of the hardware system or software system is normal or not,through the test to the availability of the hardware and software system;The two-process technology ensures the stable running of the key system processes.Through the analysis,design and realization of the key technology of the the related modules,the paper achieved high availability of the server cluster system,and also ensures the system provide uninterrupted service.I believe that in the near future,the load processing models,technology,algorithms,and evaluation of web server will be more mature and more excellent in processing effect.
