Connecting with CDMA network that is running in China, it analyses in detail the structure of CDMA IP network, the business function, the characters and application of VPN/VPDN technology. At the same time, according to the data in hand the statistics and analyses of the practical coverage of CDMA network, business types have been done which lays a solid foundation for the construction of the project network and function realizationThe main purpose of the project is to build up a real time supervisory control network by virtue of VPN. The project puts forward network topology and business technological process by designing the network system for the communication network and describes the hardware on net in detail realizing the functions such as the transportation of video business and process.Finally, we come to a conclusion by testing the network that the network can satisfy the demand for design. By designing, the network can realize the support for video business and realize the comprehensive business of transportation management and vehicle monitoring when the video business transportation is guaranteed.
