This paper puts forward a kind of real-time control system based on Web. It mixs locale collect control technology and network communicate management together, and make control targets real-time available anytime.At first the paper introduces the whole structure and work flow of the system and analyzes the software part fundamentally. Then it designs the client control interface and discusses the Socket server system design on Windows and Linux two mainstream operating system platform. Development the real-time control software system on these operating system. According to the characteristics analysis of the two operating system, puts forward different development method. Based on the event notification mechanism, the create and management model of thread, realized the quick-response and data exchange between the server and the clients, achieved the data exchange performance condition. The paper laid emphasis on the key technology of the Web real-time control system. The key technology is the merge of IOCP(Epoll) and Threadpool.It complete remote control function by means of development Web real-time control system on the two mainstream operating system.The simulation experiment system indicates that the Web real-time control system have strong real-time response ability and can accomplish real-time control task.
