With the computer network technology and automation control technology are developing rapidly, the equipment on-site operation of the control method has been far from satisfying people's needs. Internet-based remote control as the computer network technology in the field of remote device control applications, because of its breakthrough the geographical and surrounding environment, and effective to meet the people currently on the urgent need for remote control devices, has become a research hotspot in order at home and abroad.This paper first Internet-based remote control system of the dynamics of domestic and foreign research more in-depth research and analysis of the current research status and the main problems and further Internet-based remote control system structure and control method carried out detailed analysis. On this basis, respectively, the network layer and transport layer Internet-based remote control system network transmission QoS carried out research and analysis.Secondly, on the view of the real-time to improve system reliability. Delays on the network layer, resource reservation protocol (RSVP) works carried out research and analysis; the same time, the network layer, using Real-time Transport Protocol (RTP) as the transport layer protocols for data transmission, and through real-time transmission control Protocol (RTCP) sender report of the (SR) and receiver report (RR) to conduct a detailed' analysis, using RTCP feedback control information to calculate the packet loss rate over time, proposed a simple and easy to implement flow control mechanisms, experimental results show that the flow control mechanism to alleviate network congestion to a certain extent.Finally, this paper supervision in a controlled manner and for the B/S structure of the C/S model of the IP-based Real-time Transport Protocol analysis of remote control gateway, in this based on the simple design of the remote control message protocol (RCIP) agreements to the control process to achieve the exchange of information between the entities in the system, when the rules.
