The network technology of Peer-to-Peer is a hot topic in the current international research field of computer network technology. It aims at taking fully advantage of the potential resources of the internet, including resources of computing, memory, storage, and so on. One goal of building P2P network is to share these resources. From the Grid which is similar to the Internet in scale, to Ad-hoc network based on the wireless technology without any infrastructure, the common purpose of them is to share resources more efficiently and effectively. With the development of the new generation of the wireless communication technology, such as the TD-SCDMA,WiMAX,WLAN, how to share resources better in the wireless network becomes a new hot subject in the P2P field. Nowadays, the number of global mobile subscribers is more than 2 billion, so there is a large potential market for the application of P2P.Recently, with rapid development of handheld mobile devices, people are taking them as portable information-processing devices that can be taken along with and many people are used to store a lot of documents and other data in them. Therefore, these devices construct a large scale and valuable information database. On the other hand, people become more dependent of getting information from the Internet. Especially with the development of handheld mobile devices, people hope to visit and share the information from the mobile devices through the Internet. What this paper discusses is how to effectively share and transfer resources by P2P technology. The route policy of P2P system does not rely on the characteristics of DNS, which is a natural edge in the mobile environment. Obviously, it is not reseanable for us to limit P2P technology to the computers in the fixed network. Otherwise, by the combination with the wireless communication, there will be more compressively and flexibly application of P2P technology. In the traditional mobile network, the mobile terminals have to carry out communication through the fixed network equipment and fixed platform. In some environments, such as in the battlefield, disaster rescue, this centralized control mode of mobile applications will be greatly restricted and affected. But, the equivalence between nodes of the new generation P2P node can work well in conditions while the central control mode can not work. Another challenge for mobile deployment is the mobility and instability of nodes. Besides this, the characteristic of mobile terminals are limited bandwidth, low storage capacity and processing ability, the instability of linkage and the limited power. Therefore, it is infeasible to simply move the P2P applications from the fixed IP network to the mobile network.Giving an analysis towards the working principles and critical technological problems of the mainstream P2P network models of three generations, the author design a new structural P2P network model for mobile environment, which is based on the related DHT technology. And on the basis of this model, the author trys to expand his research from the field of P2P network technology to Mobile Ad-Hoc Network (MANET). The algorithm in this paper is implemented and it achieves good performance in experiments.
