In 2004, three Cartoon Channels launched in China, they are Jinying cartoon TV, Shanghai XuanDong Cartoon TV, Beijing KaKu Cartoon TV. And since 2004 cartoon industries has entered a period of rapid development. The industry prospect of Cartoon Channel is also more optimistic. But as a rising specialized channel, it's necessary for them to utilize advantageous operating strategy and make important decisions on channel orientation and resource to realize further development.These three cartoon channels were launched two years already, with a stable development, and all established the company one after another. Channel operators using the mode of corporation operation, to manage their own operations and channel development. However, the gap between the channel concept, brings the difference on channel coverage and the audience rating, and made Hunan JinYing Cartoon TV the outstanding one. Therefore this paper take the JinYing Cartoon TV as an example, locates from the channel positioning to integrated use of resources, until the channel packaging and industry development.Hope to help the cartoon channel which already lauchched as well as sets up from now quickly to be clear about the channel operation direction , formed the benign competition. And the State Administration of Radio Television request last September 1, forbid to broadcast foreign cartoons within 17:00 to 20:00. Let cartoon channel lost its previous highest ratings, so create channels overall image and found brand of programs, brought the multi-profit model can be used to solve this problem.
