The author integrates the theory of socialexclusion in sociology field with the theory of media communication in this academic dissertation. A fire-new academic concept which is called "mediaexclusion" is created in this thesis. The system of media is part of social system. In order to analyse the characteristic of mediaexclusion,the state of function of mediaexclusion and the cause of mediaexclusion, the author makes the the theory of socialexclusion a cut-in on expatiating the viewpoint, and make the theory of media communication a tool. On the base of essential analysis, the author gives some measure on how to avoid it.
