Thermocouple thermometers and thermal resistance thermometer are the most applicable thermo-sensors in industry. Due to the enhancement of the industrial production scale, as well as the efficiency of industrial production, the traditional verification can not meet the needs of the current industrial production. Thus, the automatic verification has become a pressing demand of enterprises.This thesis has proposed a relatively complete auto-verification systematic solution. It combines the special temperature verification devices and programs and the general devices. And those special temperature verification devices and programs are mainly discussed in this thesis. Based on the experimental results and the deficiency of the genera] digital PID control algorithm in temperature, it proposed a developed PID control algorithm, which is applicable to the auto temperature verification. And on the basis of the control algorithm theory, it gives the design of the temperature control instrument, consisting of the hardware design and the software design. And due to the deficiency of the traditional embedded design mode, the design of voltage and resistance measuring instrument applies a new embedded design mode based on UML. Last but not least, this thesis gives the software model of system management program based on UML.
