Facing the sea of media and message clips, receivers are choosing message rather than media for new technologies have made recognizing and selecting all available information possible.on account of the development of new media, the advertisement customer and audience group of traditional media were being flowed faster, which made the market of traditional media divided up by both media business and Consumption Market of information. As a irresistible trend, when technology blurred the line of business, the problem of traditional media would be more and more obvious.In "blood sea", in stationary fierce competition market space, media groups are fighting at close quarters, seizing profit from the opponent of same traditional industry. This way of communication will made significant effect, because of a "Convergence Media" is being formed, and it will be traditional media groups' the great opportunity of leading market and the sharp weapon to face the challenge of new media, to picture the integrated scene of media groups in digital age.
