Software Co-display Technology

At present, on PC and the workstation, the software of the processing word and digital goes well, such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint. In other side, as the independent software, PhotoShop and GIS are more and more stronger. Each software are hoped to take itself as the center, because many reasons the integration is failure. Therefore, each kind of software develops independently.We know that designs a comprehensive software to meet all requirements is not wise. We need to take a new pattern. The new pattern should be one kind of integrated pattern to the existing software, which allow many softwares to operate on document together, simultaneously collaborative display, then the user got synthesis result. Therefore, we put forward the technologic of software collaborative display, which distinguishes the window into primary window and auxiliary window. The auxiliary window has characteristic of optical translucent and operational transparent, which display the corresponding help, note record, commentary, assistant information conveniently with the primary window display content. Collaborative platform is an assistant system, alternating with the users must be appears when the user needs and vanishes when the user does not need, in order to avoid disturbance user uses other software. We proposed the new man-machine interaction pattern namely "the mouse track identification and screen catch the word" , the guiding ideology is: When the user takes truly attention focal point on some word or the character and not accidentally moves the cursor to this word, "the auxiliary window" can only appear. Therefore needs to define the specific mouse track, when the mouse track is distinguished and the user's "attention spot" is expressed explicitly, consider that the user call the Collaborative platform's help explicitly.The purpose of the research is provides a collaborative platform for the documents organization system based on the key words, and collaborative display control is the core part of the documents organization system. In the side of collaborative tool software, the Technologic of Software Collaborative Display is the new pattern which integrates the existing software according to analyze their collaborative channel without modify. So the software collaborative display is an innovative technology.
