Microwave filters are applied widely. It can not only reduce wokers' working hours,but also increase productivity effect if computer-aided tuning techniques are introduced in large volume production. So research in computer-aided tuning techniques is much of realistic meaning.Research meaning and present sataus are described firstly and presented secondly design theories and equivlant circuits of combline and interdigital filters in the paper. We select two structural filters of waveguide and microstrip and study the computer-aided tuning techniques of them. A novel computer-aided tuning technique of filters has been proposed. Status parameters are extracted based circuit model. The relations between parameters of circuit model and tune elements of two structural filters are studied. We can find the size of tuning with software's analysis and calculation by means of compareing the parameter values of ideal and detuned status. Imitation and tuning experiments have shown that it has guidance in ruing and are great suitable for engineering.
