Generally, operation support system include two parts, BSS(Business Support System) and narrowed sense of OSS(Operation Support System), and it mainly means management mainteance support system.The development of industry and business environment, growth of market and the change of customer behavior are ongoing procedure. The keypoint and policy of services development will transform followed the external factor. Many new services are extending and improving of old services, and business support system will evolve gradually based on supporting old services.
