Initial moving state measure of missile and rocket is an indispensable part of target ground test, and it has always been an important research field for design and research of missile and rocket. This dissertation adopts high-speed four-channel linear CCD of non-contact testing method, test simulant moving state of missile and rocket, amend and consummate the testing software and hardware, consequently ground for the whole testing system's putting into practice to target ground test.Firstly, this dissertation found a four-channel linear CCD double-helix symbol of the measurement model, educe expressions of rocket's speed, rotation speed and nutation angle, develop the theory of rocket testing system.Secondly, deepen the image processing research, apply the image processing technology to the moving state measure, and do filtering process and edge detection according to the characteristic of test curve. This paper also presents a pair of straight-line interception method on edge detection.Furthermore, the author designs relevant software for the test system. This software had been tested in the experiment on moving state measure of missile and rocket, and eventually got more satisfactory results. Finally, on the basis of movement parameters and relevant conversion relations, educe nutation angle, gyroscopic precession angle, recur flight state of missiles and rockets in the space. Therefore, moving state measure of missile and rocket provides definite security and guarantee for target ground test, also saves a lot of expenditure, and has strong economic sense. At the same time, gives gist for proper judging whether the take-off of rocket is normal, and provides referenced data for improving weapon system.
