XBRL(eXtensible Business Reporting Language)is an open , independent system international standard. It is the advanced technology and standard to apply to unstructured information processing especially for finance information processing. As a powerful explanation and analysis system in financial data recognition and classification, XBRL have much advantage. The crucial obstacle is how to establish the standard classification files and how to validated files. In this thesis, we took java as our developing tool to built an XBRL application framework and developed an antetype on it. The main studies are as follows:Fistly , The paper compared current mainstream XBRL processing tools abroad.By analyzed their system architecture function and performance, we provide a theoretic and technical supportability or investigating XBRL processor.Secondly,we brought up a sound implementation framework for XBRL processing model by studying each overseas XBRL processing tool architecture , technical standards of International Committees and recent popular program- developing techniques.Thirdly, The System introduced respectively XBRL Object Unified Modeling method , XBRL data processing engine modeling and XBRL implement principle. It not only achieved data transition and transformation but defined a whole XBRL implement framework by design model of XBRL data processing engine BUS and mapping between internal object and external data.Lastly,The paper addressed a Technique implementation Model of XBRL validation tool based on Script processing.All the System Architecture and application prototype mentioned in the paper has been verified on our internal experiment platform. The system produced the desirable results, and has a strong operational stability and extensible properties. Our follow-up Commercialization research has been carrying out.
